Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for complex optimization problems

- Secure external funding through NSF/NIH grants and industry partnerships
- Mentor junior researchers and drive quantum literacy initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related quantum field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published work in quantum algorithm development or error correction
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics and information theory
- Strong background in machine learning and high-performance computing
- US citizenship required for federal research collaboration
