Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for practical commercial applications
- Collaborate with AI teams to develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks
- Lead experimental validation of quantum supremacy claims in NISQ-era hardware
- Author peer-reviewed publications and patents in top quantum computing journals
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory and error correction techniques
- Develop quantum security protocols for next-gen blockchain and cryptography systems
- Partner with industry leaders to define quantum computing standards for 2026
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent research experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum algorithm design or quantum error correction
- Expertise in quantum simulation techniques and NISQ hardware constraints
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Proficiency with high-performance computing environments (HPC) and GPU acceleration
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical quantum concepts into practical implementations
