Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for practical applications in finance and healthcare
- Lead research initiatives in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems

- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to patent development
- Secure external funding through NSF and DARPA proposals
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years quantum research
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum programming
- Proficiency with quantum simulators (Qiskit, Cirq) and cloud platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent quantum computing venues
- Experience with superconducting or ion-trap quantum systems
- Strong background in linear algebra and complex analysis
