Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Lead experimental quantum computing projects using superconducting qubit platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate quantum solutions into commercial applications
- Develop error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Publish research in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to quantum computing education initiatives

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research with superconducting qubits
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design and quantum error correction
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Strong publication record in quantum computing or related fields
- Experience with cryogenic quantum computing systems
