Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for complex optimization problems in cryptography and machine learning

- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum acceleration into neural network training

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or related field with 3+ years of research experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithm development using frameworks like Qiskit or Cirq
- Published work in quantum error correction or topological quantum computing
- Proficiency with cryogenic quantum systems and microwave control electronics
- Demonstrated experience securing research grants from NSF, DARPA, or equivalent institutions
