- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, color codes)
- Strong background in linear algebra and complex probability theory
- Ability to secure government SBIR/STTR grants
- Clearance for DOE/NIST research facilities preferred
