Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and cryptography problems
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype quantum applications in finance, logistics, and pharmaceuticals

- Collaborate with hardware engineers to translate algorithms into practical implementations
- Secure research funding through NSF and DARPA proposals
- Publish findings in Nature Physics and IEEE Quantum Journal
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum simulators and hardware
