Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for cryptography, optimization, and simulation challenges
- Lead experimental research on superconducting qubits and error correction protocols
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to develop quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Publish findings in Nature/Science journals and present at IEEE Quantum Week
- Mentor PhD researchers and manage $2M+ research budgets
- Patent novel quantum methodologies and contribute to open-source frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Applied Mathematics (post-doc preferred)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit/Cirq)

- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
