Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Conduct theoretical research on quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Develop quantum circuit architectures for practical industry implementations
- Collaborate with hardware teams to bridge quantum software-hardware interfaces
- Publish research in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences
- Lead cross-functional projects with AI, cryptography, and materials science teams
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics principles and quantum information theory
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and complex analysis
- Publication record in quantum computing or adjacent fields
- Experience with quantum simulation frameworks and hardware integration
