- Publish peer-reviewed research in Nature/Science journals with 2026 industry impact
- Secure $5M+ in federal grants for quantum AI integration projects
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information science
- Patent at least 2 breakthrough quantum computing methodologies annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years research experience
- Published author in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature/Science/Physical Review X)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and Qiskit/Cirq frameworks
- Proven track record of securing NSF/DOE quantum research grants
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes (surface code, LDPC)
