Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Develop error-correction techniques to achieve fault-tolerant quantum computation
- Lead cross-functional R&D projects spanning quantum software, hardware, and applications
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and conferences
- Collaborate with industry partners to commercialize quantum solutions for finance, logistics, and healthcare
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to quantum computing curriculum development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with quantum algorithm development and simulation
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and high-performance computing
- Strong publication record in quantum computing or adjacent fields
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects from concept to deployment
