- Drive innovation in quantum error correction methodologies for real-world applications
- Collaborate with government agencies on national quantum security initiatives
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and industry whitepapers
- Mentor junior researchers and establish lab protocols for quantum hardware validation
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Experience leading R&D teams with $10M+ project budgets
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and HPC environments
- Active TS/SCI security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Strong understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
