Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or related field (10+ years experience)
- Published research in quantum error correction or algorithm development
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit simulation frameworks
- Proven track record of securing NSF/DoD grants (>$1M total)
- Experience leading teams with academic and industry collaborators
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware limitations (superconducting/ion trap)
- Strong Python/C++ skills for quantum software development
