- Partner with Fortune 100 companies to deploy quantum pilot programs
- Publish in Nature/Science and speak at IEEE Quantum Computing Summit
- Mentor PhD researchers and patent novel quantum architectures
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proven track record securing quantum research funding
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Strong background in cryptography or quantum machine learning
- Experience leading technical research teams of 8+ members
