Responsibilities
- Design and execute quantum algorithms for cryptography and optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum hardware/software integration
- Secure $5M+ in NSF/DARPA research grants
- Publish 3+ high-impact papers annually
- Develop quantum cloud APIs for enterprise clients
- Mentor 5+ researchers and PhD candidates
- Collaborate with Nobel laureate advisory board
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years in quantum research with peer-reviewed publications
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum error correction
- Experience leading $3M+ research projects
- Patent portfolio in quantum algorithms (3+ patents)
- Proficiency in Python/C++ and quantum circuit simulation
- Published work in Nature or Science journals
