Responsibilities

- Develop error-correction protocols for scalable quantum systems
- Mentor PhD candidates through quantum computing fellowship programs

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computational Science with 8+ years experience
- Published research in Nature Physics or Physical Review X
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Track record of securing NSF or NIH quantum grants
- Experience leading teams of 15+ researchers
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum machine learning frameworks
