- Mentor a team of 8+ quantum researchers and engineers
- Develop quantum security protocols resistant to 2026-era threats
- Establish industry standards for quantum benchmarking and validation
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (postdoc preferred)
- 5+ years of quantum computing research with peer-reviewed publications
- Expertise in superconducting qubits, ion traps, or photonic systems
