- Mentor 5+ researchers in quantum computing principles
- Secure $2M+ in DARPA/NIST research grants
- Present findings at IEEE Quantum Week and ACM conferences
- Develop patents for quantum-resistant communication protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or Physics with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Track record of securing federal research grants
- Expertise in Shor's and Grover's algorithm implementations
- Strong background in quantum error correction techniques
- Experience mentoring post-quantum cryptography teams
