Responsibilities
- Design and execute quantum algorithm roadmaps targeting 2026 industry breakthroughs
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing fault-tolerant quantum processors

- Translate theoretical research into patentable quantum computing architectures
- Present findings at IEEE Quantum Week and Nature Physics symposiums
- Drive commercialization of quantum machine learning solutions

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature/Science) on quantum algorithms
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Proven track record of securing NSF or DARPA quantum research grants
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
- Experience leading teams of 10+ quantum researchers
- Proficiency in Python/C++ for quantum simulation development
