Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for cryptography optimization and molecular modeling
- Lead a team of quantum physicists and software engineers in cutting-edge R&D
- Develop error-correction protocols for scalable quantum systems
- Collaborate with NASA and DARPA on quantum-resistant cybersecurity frameworks
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature Physics and IEEE journals
- Drive commercialization of quantum solutions for pharmaceutical and logistics sectors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science with 5+ years of industry experience
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Track record of securing $1M+ in government research grants
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and hybrid classical-quantum systems
- Experience mentoring postdoctoral researchers and PhD candidates
- Clearance for DoD projects or willingness to obtain it
