Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 8+ years of industry experience.
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction or algorithm design.
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and superconducting qubit systems.
- Proven track record of leading quantum projects with measurable commercial impact.
