Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for practical enterprise applications

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Demonstrated expertise in quantum algorithm development and error correction

- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams of 10+ researchers
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Active DOE QIS researcher or equivalent industry certification
