Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware optimization
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and classical simulation tools
- Strong publication record in quantum computing or adjacent fields
- Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and managing research projects
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
