Responsibilities
- Lead quantum algorithm development for optimization and cryptography applications
- Design and execute experimental protocols on 50+ qubit quantum processors
- Collaborate with AI teams to hybridize quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Secure $5M+ in research grants through NSF and DoD partnerships
- Mentor PhD researchers and publish in Nature/Science journals
- Develop quantum-safe cybersecurity protocols for Fortune 500 clients
- Present breakthrough findings at Davos and IEEE Quantum Week
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Experience securing federal research grants
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation
- Track record of commercializing quantum technologies
- Certification in quantum security architecture (QSA)
