- Secure and manage federal and private research funding opportunities
- Develop quantum error correction methodologies to achieve fault-tolerant systems
- Publish peer-reviewed research and present findings at international conferences
- Oversee lab operations and ensure compliance with quantum security protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in quantum computing research
- Demonstrated expertise in quantum algorithm design and implementation
- Strong publication record in top-tier scientific journals
- Experience managing research teams and securing funding
