Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years with quantum annealing or superconducting qubits
- Published research in Nature/Science journals (2021-2024)
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Experience securing $5M+ in research grants
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
