- Secure $10M+ in research grants from NSF, DARPA, and private investors
- Mentor a team of 15+ quantum computing specialists and PhD candidates
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually in Nature/Science journals
- Develop industry partnerships with Fortune 500 companies for real-world deployment
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (post-doc preferred)
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance techniques
- Proven track record of securing federal or corporate research funding
