Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or equivalent with 8+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum algorithms
- Proven track record of scaling quantum systems beyond 100 qubits
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Experience securing federal research grants ($2M+)
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy milestones for 2026
- Leadership managing cross-continental R&D teams
