Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and computer scientists

- Secure $5M+ in government and private research funding
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually in top-tier journals
- Mentor PhD researchers and develop quantum curriculum frameworks
- Collaborate with Intel, IBM, and NASA on quantum-cloud integration
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent high-impact journals
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and decoherence mitigation
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Track record of securing government research grants (NSF/DOE)
- Strong background in topological quantum computing or quantum machine learning
