Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for cryptography optimization
- Lead a team of 12 researchers in quantum error correction
- Collaborate with government agencies on quantum security protocols
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually in Nature/Science
- Secure $10M+ in quantum computing grants

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science (10+ years post-doc)
- Published research in top-tier quantum journals (h-index > 25)
