- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford researchers on quantum supremacy projects
- Present findings at IEEE Quantum Week and Nature Quantum conferences
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for quantum hardware-software integration
- Mentor team of 12 PhD researchers in quantum error correction techniques
- Patent novel quantum protocols with 15+ IP submissions annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Computational Mathematics
- 8+ years of quantum computing research with peer-reviewed publications
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Experience leading teams of 10+ researchers in high-stakes projects
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation strategies
- Track record of securing DoE or NSF quantum research grants
- Proficiency in Python/C++ for quantum simulation frameworks
