Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for real-world applications in finance, logistics, and material science
- Develop error-correction protocols to enhance qubit stability in 100+ qubit systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating quantum research into commercial prototypes
- Publish findings in top-tier journals and present at international quantum conferences
- Optimize quantum circuit performance using hybrid classical-quantum computing frameworks
- Collaborate with government and industry partners on quantum security initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum computing specialization
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Proficiency in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Publication record in quantum information science or equivalent industry impact
- Expertise in high-performance computing environments and parallel processing
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
- Security clearance eligibility for government-funded quantum projects
