Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Develop error correction protocols for quantum processors operating at 99.9% fidelity
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams to prototype quantum-hybrid computing solutions
- Author peer-reviewed publications and patents for 2026 quantum technology roadmap
- Optimize quantum circuit performance on superconducting and photonic platforms
- Translate theoretical models into scalable quantum software architectures
- Advise on quantum security frameworks for next-gen infrastructure
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane frameworks with 50+ production deployments
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum error correction
- Proficiency in low-level quantum assembly languages (QASM, OpenQASM 3.0)
- Track record of securing $1M+ in quantum research grants
- Deep understanding of topological quantum computing and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with cryogenic quantum control systems and microwave engineering
