Responsibilities
- Develop quantum algorithms for practical applications in cryptography and optimization
- Collaborate with physicists to design error-corrected quantum hardware interfaces

- Research and publish breakthrough papers in quantum information theory
- Mentor junior engineers and present findings at industry conferences
- Optimize quantum circuits for near-term devices while scaling toward fault tolerance
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological quantum computing
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing frameworks
- Experience with quantum hardware (superconducting/ion trap) preferred
- Strong background in linear algebra, complex analysis, and statistical mechanics
