Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for practical applications in finance, logistics, and AI
- Optimize quantum hardware performance through advanced error correction protocols
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions with classical computing frameworks
- Develop secure quantum communication systems for enterprise clients
- Contribute to open-source quantum software libraries and SDKs
- Present breakthrough findings at global tech conferences and peer-reviewed journals
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum theory and engineering best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong background in machine learning and classical optimization algorithms
- Publication record in quantum computing or theoretical physics
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and low-level hardware interfacing
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical models into functional prototypes
- Experience with quantum cloud platforms (IBM Q, Amazon Braket, Azure Quantum)
