Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Develop and optimize quantum circuits on superconducting and photonic platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions with classical systems
- Research and implement quantum error correction techniques for fault-tolerant computing
- Document quantum protocols and create technical specifications for engineering teams
- Stay current with advancements in quantum hardware and software ecosystems

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum computing specialization
- Expertise in quantum mechanics, linear algebra, and quantum information theory
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#, PennyLane)
- Experience simulating and debugging quantum circuits on real quantum processors
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel programming
