Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Develop quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols for 2026 security standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into classical systems
- Optimize quantum circuit performance on superconducting and photonic platforms
- Lead research in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Contribute to open-source quantum frameworks and publish peer-reviewed papers
- Mentor junior engineers and drive technical innovation sprints
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with quantum circuit design and simulation tools
- Strong background in linear algebra, complex analysis, and information theory
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information
- Familiarity with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Demonstrated ability to work with interdisciplinary teams in high-impact environments
