Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum error correction protocols for qubit systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems
- Integrate quantum accelerators with cloud computing platforms
- Validate quantum circuit performance through rigorous testing frameworks
- Document quantum system architectures and publish breakthrough research
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Expertise in quantum error mitigation and fault-tolerant design
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with high-performance computing skills
- Published research in quantum computing or peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware systems
