Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum architectures targeting 2026 commercial viability

- Collaborate with hardware teams to define quantum processor specifications
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen financial systems
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and government partners
- Mentor a cross-disciplinary team of physicists and software engineers
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (QML, TensorFlow Quantum)
- Deep understanding of superconducting and topological qubit technologies
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing breakthroughs
- Experience leading quantum projects with $10M+ budgets
- Security clearance for DoD/NASA quantum initiatives preferred
