Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing solutions for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant cryptographic systems
- Optimize quantum algorithms for real-world 2026 use cases (drug discovery, climate modeling)
- Contribute to open-source quantum frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Present breakthrough research at quantum computing conferences
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and interns
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum system design
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in Python, Q# and quantum circuit optimization
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Experience with quantum cloud platforms (IBM Q, Azure Quantum)
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
