- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum-classical hybrid workflows
- Create patent-pending quantum algorithms solving previously intractable problems
- Establish industry standards for quantum security protocols in post-quantum cryptography
- Present breakthrough findings at premier conferences like IEEE Quantum Week
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum information theory and topological computing
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record publishing in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum development frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction (surface code, LDPC)
