Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-resistant encryption frameworks for 2026-era digital infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing systems with 100+ qubit coherence
- Establish security protocols for quantum-secure communication networks
- Research and integrate post-quantum cryptographic standards (NIST PQC finalists)
- Develop quantum machine learning pipelines for predictive analytics
- Create technical roadmaps for quantum-classical hybrid computing ecosystems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience)
- 5+ years hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and topological qubit architectures
- Proficiency in post-quantum cryptography algorithms (CRYSTALS-Kyber, SPHINCS+)
