Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum processor architectures for 1000+ qubit systems
- Develop hybrid classical-quantum algorithms for real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers
- Optimize quantum error correction protocols for commercial deployment
- Secure partnerships with quantum hardware providers
- Drive patent development in quantum computing methodologies
- Present breakthrough findings at international quantum conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or research
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum frameworks
- Publication record in Nature/Science or top-tier quantum journals
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with superconducting or trapped-ion quantum systems
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
