Our team operates at the intersection of academia and industry, with access to IBM Quantum and D-Wave systems.
Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for 2026-era enterprise applications
- Lead architecture of hybrid quantum-classical computing pipelines
- Develop quantum-resistant security protocols for critical infrastructure
- Collaborate with MIT and Caltech researchers on quantum supremacy projects
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum implementation best practices
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite executives and government agencies
- Drive patents for quantum communication breakthroughs
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Proficiency in quantum circuit optimization and decoherence mitigation
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and microwave control electronics
- Strong background in distributed systems and quantum networking
- Track record of translating quantum theory into commercial applications
- Clearance for DoD quantum initiatives preferred
