Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for commercial deployment by 2026
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum systems exceeding 1,000 qubits
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum acceleration into machine learning pipelines
- Lead research on topological qubit implementations and fault-tolerant systems
- Create technical roadmaps for quantum hardware evolution in semiconductor manufacturing
- Present breakthrough findings at industry conferences and peer-reviewed journals
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory and experimental physics
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Publication record in quantum computing or topological physics
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes and fault tolerance
- Experience with cryogenic systems and quantum control hardware
