Responsibilities
- Design quantum algorithms and error-correction frameworks for industrial-scale applications
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing infrastructure with 99.9% reliability
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in translating quantum concepts into production-ready systems
- Develop quantum-optimized machine learning models for autonomous systems
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography implementations
- Drive quantum hardware-software co-design initiatives with industry partners
- Research and prototype novel quantum computing architectures beyond current NISQ limitations
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design and quantum error correction techniques
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and simulation tools
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware constraints (superconducting, trapped ion, photonic)
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Published research in quantum computing or related peer-reviewed journals
- Experience leading quantum computing projects with measurable business impact
- Certification in quantum security protocols (e.g., Quantum Safe Institute)
