Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum algorithms for enterprise applications in finance and healthcare

- Lead quantum-resistant security protocol development for critical infrastructure
- Optimize qubit coherence times using advanced error correction techniques
- Develop quantum machine learning models for predictive analytics
- Collaborate with hardware teams to translate theoretical models into physical implementations
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in emerging quantum programming paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent industry experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms with frameworks like Qiskit or Cirq
- Expertise in superconducting qubit manipulation and control systems
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (e.g., Nature Quantum Information)
- Proficiency in quantum machine learning libraries (PennyLane, Qibo)
- Experience with quantum cloud platforms (Amazon Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC)
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts into business strategy
