Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems for enterprise deployment by 2026
- Design hybrid quantum-classical algorithms to optimize computational workflows
- Lead quantum error correction protocol development for fault-tolerant operations
- Collaborate with hardware teams to design qubit topologies and control systems
- Develop quantum security frameworks for next-generation encryption standards
- Research emerging quantum algorithms applicable to real-world business challenges
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum computing principles and implementation
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithm design and quantum circuit optimization
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC, etc.)
- Experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum computing or related peer-reviewed journals
- Strong background in superconducting qubit architectures or photonic quantum systems
- Certification in quantum computing (e.g., IBM Quantum Professional)
