Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures with 100+ qubit capabilities
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Create hybrid quantum-classical computing workflows for enterprise solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm development and optimization
- Conduct research on topological qubits and quantum supremacy applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to advance quantum processor fabrication
- Present breakthrough findings at international quantum computing conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm design
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware limitations and mitigation strategies
- Experience leading technical teams and managing R&D projects
