Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures using superconducting qubits and photonic systems
- Lead development of error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Collaborate with AI research teams to integrate quantum algorithms into machine learning frameworks
- Develop quantum-resistant cryptographic solutions for 2026 security standards
- Present breakthrough research at IEEE and ACM quantum computing conferences
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum mechanics and hardware optimization
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum information theory
- Proficiency in cryogenic engineering and superconducting circuit design
